Founder Joe LeMense, Jr. has nearly two decades of institutional-level experience leading over $3 billion in projects — from ground-up developments to adaptive reuse and repositioning. At SMJ Legacy, he applies that expertise with entrepreneurial agility and community focus.
Originally from Washington, DC, Joe now resides in Nashville, TN, with his wife, Megan, and their three children.
